An emotional short story about a girl and a dog, each on their own journey, and the rescue that saves them both. 7 episodes, low token count, & complete.
This story was something I wrote in college while I was battling depression. I’ve had depression since I was very young and still deal with it daily. But rescuing my dog is what saved my life, so I wrote this story in honor of the amazing relationships we have with animals and how, when we adopt an animal, we’re not just rescuing them….we’re also rescuing ourselves.
