Meet EC Garrett
EC Garrett is a 32 year-old Alaskan transplant now living in Kansas City, MO. She has a BA in English Literature from the University of Nevada, Reno and is currently getting her MA in English: Print, Manuscript Culture, and Editing, as well as an additional certificate in Medieval and Early Modern Studies. She plans to pursue a PhD when she’s done.
ECG specializes in the dark and the dangerous, melding horror with fantasy and romance with classical and medieval twists. She writes in multiple genres of speculative fiction including gothic romance and grimdark fantasy.
When she’s not writing, you can find her watching The Lord of The Rings, reading something involving dragons, hanging out with her perfect kittens, or spending time with her loving friends and family.
She still dreams of becoming a dragon rider.
